1996]. () On the 8th of the month, the Ministry of Health issued a notice deciding to implement the evaluation system for sanitation and anti-epidemic stations throughout the country. This is a major event in Gongxi’s development of China’s health industry. The review work of the Sanitary and Epidemic Prevention Station is a complex system project. Our experience is that during the entire assessment process, the following five basic elements should be seized. 1 A clear purpose, a unified thought, and a prerequisite for the establishment of a graded health and epidemic prevention station
