为了进一步推动我国节能工作的深入开展,不断提高全民的节能意识、资源意识和环境意识,国家经贸委、国家计委、科技部、广电总局、全国总工会、共青团中央定于今年11月4日至9日,举办2002年全国节能宣传周活动。今年节能宣传周的主题为:“依法节能,持续发展”。 国家经贸委、国家计委、科技部、广电总局、全国总工会、共青团中央在对2002年全国节能宣传周活动安排意见的通知中要求各地经贸委要集中宣传可持续发展规划,推动规划的落实和实施;积极宣传推广先进、适用的节能环保新技术、新产品;要重点总结和推广发出《企业节能倡议》的50户大型企业开展节能降耗的经验;要积极宣传和表彰本地区的节能先进企业（单位）,宣传节能工作对推动当地经济发展的意义;西部地区要结合西部大开发,积极宣传节能、新能源和可再生能源开发利用的意义和作用。各地计委要积极宣传能源专项发展规划在经济与社会发展中的重要地位。贯彻执行能源可持续发展战略,制定优惠政策加快开发新能源和可再生能源,积极调整能源结构,努力提高能源利用效率。各地科技部门要结合科技计划的实施,组织宣传节能新技术、新产品的研究
