随着矿井建设规模和数量的增多,矿井的延深及采场条件也开始产生变化,相应的矿井安全事故很容易在此背景下发生。因此就必须要构建煤尘、发火以及瓦斯等多项自然灾害的预防机制,并以此来有效的开展防治结合的有效措施,促使安全管理的重心下移,将其关口往前退役,最终有效的延长矿井生产的安全周期。因此可以采用相应的防治措施来实现安全管理,“一通三防”的推出真正实现了矿井的安全生产,并获得了良好的管理效果。
