孙中山先生为拯救国家、造福人民,提出了以“振兴实业、交通先行”为主要内容的经济建设计划,铁路建设则是其最核心的部分。美国铁路建设取得的巨大成就,以及19世纪末20世纪初美国的迅速崛起,给予孙中山以极大震撼和影响。学习和借鉴美国是孙中山铁路建设思想形成的重要因素。他在吸收和利用的同时,结合中国国情提出了许多重要的思想和主张,对今天仍具有重要意义。
In order to save the country and benefit the people, Dr. Sun Yat-sen put forward the plan of economic construction with the main content of “rejuvenating the industry and giving priority to traffic”, and railway construction is the core part of the plan. The tremendous achievements made by the United States in railway construction and the rapid rise of the United States in the late 19th and early 20th centuries gave Sun Yat-sen great shock and influence. Studying and drawing lessons from the United States is an important factor in the formation of Sun Yat-sen’s railway construction thought. While absorbing and using it, he put forward many important ideas and ideas in light of China’s national conditions and is still of great significance to today.
