知识型企业一般以创造高附加值产品为目的,创新是企业的立足之本,人力资本对企业的贡献率高,企业间的竞争主要体现为人才的竞争,人力资本才是企业的核心竞争力。本文分析了知识型企业人力资本收益分配的现状,阐述了人力资本收益分配的依据,研究了人力资本产权的实现途径。
Knowledge-based enterprises generally aim to create high value-added products. Innovation is the basis of enterprises. The contribution rate of human capital to enterprises is high. The competition among enterprises is mainly embodied in the competition of talents. Human capital is the core competitiveness of enterprises . This paper analyzes the current situation of the profit distribution of human capital in knowledge-based enterprises, elaborates the basis for the distribution of returns on human capital, and discusses ways to realize the property rights of human capital.
