近几年关于“生态”的相关研究在经济及地区发展中显得愈发重要,特别是十八大以来生态文明被摆在一个重要的位置,它贯穿于经济、政治、社会建设等多个方面,其发展模式就是绿色、循环、低碳式发展。而今民族地区的发展也面临着诸多问题,本文主要是谈川甘青结合部藏区所存在的制约当地发展的情况,以生态保护和绿色发展的角度来看问题,最终通过相关政策建议使得该地域能实现绿色包容性发展。
In recent years, relevant researches on “ecology ” have become more and more important in economic and regional development. Especially since the 18th CPC National Congress, ecological civilization has been placed in an important position. It runs through many aspects of economy, politics and social construction On the one hand, its development model is green, recycling, low-carbon development. Nowadays, the development of ethnic minority areas is also facing many problems. This paper mainly talks about the constraints of local development in Sichuan-Gansu-Qinghai Tibetan Autonomous Region and from the perspective of ecological protection and green development. Finally, through the relevant policy suggestions, The region can achieve green inclusive development.
