在高校图书馆学科服务工作的探索与发展中,科技查新逐渐与学科服务形成了紧密的联系。在高校图书馆中,将科技查新人员与学科馆员有机的结合在一起,推行兼任的制度,不但有助于高校图书馆的进一步创新发展,同时还有助于学科服务质量的提升。本文重点探讨了二者在实践中如何实现相互融合,以及这一工作的重要意义,希望对今后的工作提供一定的帮助。
In the exploration and development of academic service in university libraries, science and technology search gradually formed a close relationship with academic service. In the university library, integrating the science and technology inspectors and subject librarians organically and implementing the part-time system will not only help further the innovation and development of the university library, but also help to improve the quality of academic services. This article focuses on how to integrate the two in practice and the significance of this work, hoping to provide some help for future work.
