研究了小麦种子用Ce拌种后,在06%NaCl盐胁迫条件下萌发生长及对其根系线粒体功能的影响。Ce可降低因盐胁迫而升高的O÷2,·OH的水平,使脂质氢过氧化物含量和膜流动性趋于正常,提高因盐胁迫而降低的线粒体呼吸和氧化磷酸化活性。说明Ce具有保护盐胁迫下小麦根系线粒体功能的作用,其机制可能是Ce3+,Ce4+清除了O÷2,并降低了·OH的水平,从而减少了脂质过氧化作用和活性氧对蛋白质的毒害作用,使线粒体功能处于较正常水平
The seed germination and growth of wheat seeds under 06% NaCl stress and the effect on the mitochondrial function of their roots after seed dressing with Ce were investigated. Ce reduced the levels of O ÷ 2, · OH due to salt stress, which led to normalization of lipid hydroperoxide content and membrane fluidity, and decreased mitochondrial respiration and oxidative phosphorylation activity due to salt stress.
