2010年7月28日,南京丙烯管道发生爆炸,此前兰州石化公司也发生爆炸,化工事故频发。针对化工爆炸事故,国家相关部门要求业内企业立即展开“拉网式”安全检查,避免重大、特大安全事故的再发生,以保障人民群众生命和财产安全。
July 28, 2010, Nanjing propylene pipeline explosion, after Lanzhou Petrochemical Company also exploded, frequent chemical accidents. In response to the chemical explosion, related departments of the state required the enterprises in the industry to immediately launch “pull-net-type” safety inspections to prevent recurrence of major and extraordinary safety accidents so as to ensure the safety of people’s lives and property.
