一、经国家标准化管理委员会批准并发布的国家标准1、国家标准《机动车运行安全技术条件》(GB7258-2004)第三号修改单,于2008年8月20日起发布并实施。2、《机动车安全技术检验项目和方法》(GB21861-2008)于2008年5月26日起发布,2009年6月1日起实施。
