自治区开展新方志的编纂工作迄今已近十个年头了。十年来,在编好新方志中,档案发挥了极其重要的作用,为方志提供了大量的基本的资料,同时随着方志编纂工作的不断发展,使档案利用工作出现了新的局面,并大大丰富了档案文献的内容,从而使档案更好地为四化服务。这充分说明方志与档案工作的密切关系。弄清档案与方志的内在联系与区别,对促进档案工作的发展和提高编史修志的质量都有重大意义。本文拟就档案与方志的关系和方志编纂工作对档案工作的促进与影响谈几点认识。
