1“房地产化”乃中国经济的最大风险之一1、中国经济的“房地产化”中国社科院早在《2010-2011住房绿皮书》中就发出警告,“中国应警惕经济房地产化的风险”。可以说,中国经济从2003年起,就开始了与房地产的错误姻缘。无论是房地产在整个国民经济中的比重,还是房地产对整个经济的拉动作用都日益显示出中国经济的“房地产化”。特别是2008年,中国在没有发生金融危机的情况下,却采取了过度扶持房地产的政策,结果使中国经济在“房地产化”道路上越走越远。
