目的:观察和分析静脉血常规生化血糖检测与临床血糖仪快速血糖检测的差异性。方法:选择佛山市南海区妇幼保健院接收治疗的900例糖尿病患者为研究对象。采取快速血糖仪与常规生化血糖仪分别检测空腹血糖水平,观察对比两种检测方法的检测结果。结果:两类检测方法的单次检测结果、3次检测平均值的比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对患者分别应用常规生化血糖仪、快速血糖仪这两类方法对血糖展开检测,其临床效果不存在明显差异,然而在检测过程的操作简便上,快速血糖仪的效果更佳,并且有着经济适用的效果,可以提高患者的生活质量。
Objective: To observe and analyze the difference between venous blood routine biochemical blood glucose test and clinical blood glucose meter rapid blood glucose test. Methods: Ninety-five patients with diabetes mellitus receiving treatment in Nanhai District of Foshan City were selected as study subjects. Rapid blood glucose meter and conventional biochemical blood glucose meter were used to detect fasting blood glucose levels. The results of two tests were compared. Results: There was no significant difference between the two test methods in single test results and the three test mean values (P> 0.05). Conclusion: There are no significant differences in the clinical effect between the two methods of using routine biochemical blood glucose meter and fast blood glucose meter. However, the rapid blood glucose meter is more effective in the detection process and has the advantages of Affordable effect, can improve the quality of life of patients.
