代际分析所遇到的亟待解决的关键问题在于研究社会并深入到社会结构内去发现不同群体的不同作用。一、代际间的相互关系对青年一代的科学调查表明,我们现时代的角色、身分就是它的代际联系;有多少层代际联系,就有多少种身分和角色。青年期是在特定的条件下发生、发展和受教育的,它在社会进化长河中只是一瞬间。它之所以能够造就一代人,是因为它几乎有大致相同的时代范围,有相似的目标、行为方式和观念,有共同的思维方式和对世界的感受方式,它能够创造自己的精神文化生活,而且它所创造的特定文化最终必定能够得到社会的认可。
