多形模仿杆菌(MiMa polymorpha或AC Lwoffi)是一种广泛存在于自然界和人体的革兰氏阴性球杆菌,为多形性,常呈双球状。当机体抵抗力降低时,才能致病,可引起败血症、脑膜炎、滑膜炎、关节炎、心内膜炎、尿路感染等。兹介绍一例多形模仿杆菌引起的心内膜炎如下: 李××,男,24岁,农民。自2月3日起因间歇性畏寒、寒战、发热伴神志改变右侧肢体瘫痪40天,于1982年3月15日入院。患者入院前一周同时出现腹痛、腹泻,大便呈粘冻状,8～9次/日,不伴里急后重,大便常规白细胞55～70,红细胞15～20。发病前无外伤史,以往体健。入院体检:血压100/60,呼吸24次,脉搏100次,体温37.3℃,神志清,贫血貌,眼结合膜、颈,胸部散在瘀点,颈有阻力,心律齐,心尖区闻及Ⅲ～Ⅳ级收缩期吹风样及Ⅰ级舒张早期隆隆样杂音,
