目的:研究祁白芷Angelica dahurica cv.Qibaizhi干燥根的挥发油化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取祁白芷挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析挥发油成分。结果:检出290个色谱峰,鉴定出111个化合物,占挥发油总量的90.61%。结论:祁白芷根挥发油中主要成分为:3-蒈烯(3-carene,12.70%),β-榄香烯(β-elemene,6.20%),β-萜品烯(β-ter-pinene,3.53%),β-香叶烯(β-myrcene,1.97%),γ-榄香烯(γ-elemene,1.82%),β-水芹烯(β-phellandrene,1.65%),β-马阿里烯(β-maaliene,1.61%)等。此外,还检出香豆素类成分软木花椒素(suberosin,0.16%)。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of volatile oil from the dried roots of Angelica dahurica cv.Qibaizhi. Methods: The essential oil of Angelica dahurica was extracted by steam distillation, and the constituents of volatile oil were analyzed by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry. Results: 290 peaks were detected and 111 compounds were identified, accounting for 90.61% of the total volatile oil. Conclusion: The main constituents in the essential oil of Radix Angelicae Sinensis are 3-carene (12.70%), β-elemene (6.20%) and β-terpinene 3.53%), β-myrcene (1.97%), γ-elemene (1.82%), β-phellandrene (Β-maaliene, 1.61%) and the like. In addition, the coumarin-containing suberosin (0.16%) was also detected.
