目的:研究竹节参多糖(Panax japonicus polysaccharides)对环磷酰胺所致免疫低下模型小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法:腹腔注射环磷酰胺(cyclophosphamide,Cy)制备免疫功能低下模型,计算脾脏指数;MTT法检测脾淋巴细胞增殖活性;分光光度法检测血清溶血素的含量;QHS法检测脾脏分泌抗体形成细胞的能力;流式细胞术检测外周血NK细胞百分比。结果:竹节参多糖能提高免疫低下小鼠的脾脏指数;显著促进脾淋巴细胞的增殖;促进血清溶血素的生成及QHS反应;提高外周血NK细胞比例。结论:竹节参多糖具有较好的免疫增强作用,对免疫低下小鼠的免疫系统具有恢复作用。
AIM: To investigate the regulatory effect of Panax japonicus polysaccharides on immune function in immunosuppressed mice induced by cyclophosphamide. Methods: The immunosuppressive model was established by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide (Cy) to calculate the spleen index. The proliferation activity of spleen lymphocytes was detected by MTT assay. The content of hemolysin was detected by spectrophotometry. Ability; flow cytometry to detect the percentage of NK cells in peripheral blood. Results: Scutellaria barbata polysaccharide can improve the spleen index of immunocompromised mice; significantly promote the proliferation of splenic lymphocytes; promote the formation of hemolysin and QHS response; increase the proportion of peripheral NK cells. Conclusion: Scutellaria barbatus polysaccharide has a better immune enhancement effect on the immune system in mice with immunocompromised recovery.
