目的建立不同厂家益母草膏的红外光谱快速鉴别方法。方法以益母草碱对照品红外谱图为依据,采用傅立叶红外光谱技术和导数光谱法对不同制药公司的益母草膏进行鉴别研究。结果不同制药公司的益母草膏红外光谱和二阶导数谱具有一定的相似度,与生物碱谱图比对,各种益母草膏的主要成分为益母草碱,且广西与南宁制药公司是含益母草碱较多的两种益母草膏。所不同的是广西在1575、1538cm-1的吸收峰十分明显,与其他三种存在显著差异,而李时珍在953cm-1处为最大吸收峰,上海在1067、1043、906cm-1谱峰最为明显。结论不同厂家的益母草膏都有其明显的特征峰,这些指纹特征为不同厂家益母草膏的快速无损鉴别提供了依据。
Objective To establish a rapid infrared spectroscopy method for the identification of different manufacturers of Motherwort extract. Methods Based on the Leonurus maternal alkali reference spectrum, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and derivative spectroscopy were used to identify the different motherwort extracts from different pharmaceutical companies. Results The results showed that the infrared spectrum and the second derivative spectrum of Motherwort Ointment from different pharmaceutical companies had a certain degree of similarity with the alkaloid spectra. The main constituents of various Motherwort Ointments were Leonurine, and Guangxi and Nanning Pharmaceutical Co. Two more motherwort cream. The difference is that the absorption peak at 1575 and 1538 cm-1 in Guangxi is very obvious and there is a significant difference with the other three, while Li Shizhen has the maximum absorption peak at 953 cm-1, while the peak at 1067, 1043 and 906 cm- . Conclusion Motherwort extract from different manufacturers has obvious characteristic peaks. These fingerprint characteristics provide basis for rapid and nondestructive identification of motherwort extract from different manufacturers.
