中共介休县委、介休县人民政府为了推进全县小麦生产,在1990～1991年小麦生产年度开展了“357工程”达标竞赛。1 保浇三水以上的高水肥麦田约5万亩,亩产350公斤,要求每亩施农家肥1000担以上,过磷酸钙75公斤,碳酸氢铵50公斤,全部深翻、机播,使用固氮菌拌种,扩大秸秆还田面积,使用缩节胺防倒。
