本文对50例冠心病病人进行核听诊器、M 型超声心动图和收缩时间间期等三项无创伤性左心功能测定,另选50名健康者做对照。结果表明:50例病人的异常左室功能发生率、心脏扩大与左室功能的关系及按症状分组与左室功能的关系等项分析中均以核听诊器检查为最敏感。本文并对50例冠心病患者的三项检查测值进行相关检验,结果表明三者间有一定相关性.
In this paper, 50 cases of coronary heart disease patients with nuclear stethoscope, M-mode echocardiography and systolic time interval of three noninvasive left ventricular function tests, another 50 healthy controls. The results showed that 50 patients were most sensitive to nuclear stethoscope examination in terms of the incidence of abnormal left ventricular function, the relationship between cardiac enlargement and left ventricular function, and the relationship between symptom group and left ventricular function. In this paper, 50 cases of coronary heart disease in patients with three test values were tested, the results show that there is a certain correlation between the three.
