1 对象和方法 1.1 对象 本组患看均为男性,年龄33-72岁,平均45.4岁。饮酒时间2-20年,饮酒量在每日150-750g。4例无自觉症状,系体检或其它疾病检查时发现。右上腹隐痛不适7例,乏力3例,恶心3例,呕吐2例,食欲减退2例,腹泻1例,有2例合并酒精性脑病而出现间歇性精神失常,合并胆囊结石2例,脾肿大2例。
