为制定中国健康老年前期女性红细胞压积参考值(温氏法)的统一标准提供科学依据,研究了中国191个单位测定的9556例健康老年前期女性红细胞压积参考值(温氏法)与5项地理因素的关系.发现海拔高度是影响老年前期女性红细胞压积参考值(温氏法)最主要的因素,随着海拔高度的逐渐增大,老年前期女性红细胞压积参考值(温氏法)也逐渐增大.用数学回归方法推导出了一个多元回归方程,如果知道了某地的地理因素,就可以用这个回归方程,估算这个地区的红细胞压积参考值.依据红细胞压积参考值(温氏法)与地理因素的依赖关系,把中国分为青藏区、西南区、西北区、东南区、华北区、东北区等六个区.
To provide a scientific basis for the establishment of a uniform standard of Chinese healthy pre-senile women’s hematocrit (Wen’s method), 9556 healthy pre-senile women’s hematocrit reference (Wen’s method) and 5 Geographical factors of the relationship. It is found that the altitude is the most important factor affecting the pre-senile female hematocrit (Wen’s method). As the altitude increases, the pre-senile female hematocrit reference value (Wen’s method) also gradually increases. A mathematical regression method is used to derive a multivariate regression equation. If we know the geographical factors of a place, we can use this regression equation to estimate the reference value of hematocrit in this area. According to the dependence of hematocrit (Wen’s method) and geographical factors, China is divided into six districts: Qinghai-Tibet, Southwest, Northwest, Southeast, North China and Northeast China.
