用单载流子一能级带导模型对BaTiO_3晶体在830μm处双光束耦合的指数增益系数和响应时间温度特性的实验结果做了理论分析。在考虑了量子效率的温度特征后,理论能半定量地解释实验现象。
Theoretical analysis of exponential gain coefficient and response time temperature characteristics of BaTiO_3 crystal at 830μm with single-carrier-one-band guided model is given. After considering the temperature characteristics of quantum efficiency, the theory can semi-quantitatively explain the experimental phenomena.
