测量活塞销壁厚差,长期以来都是以活塞销外圆在V形块内定位,百分表测头与其内壁接触,表上读数差值即为壁厚差。以上检具结构复杂,且制造精度要求高,测得的数值受外圆形状误差影响。 新检具如图1所示,由1─底板,2─立柱,3─弹簧,4─支座,5─弓形尺架,6─固定套筒,7─百分表,8─制动器,9─球形测头,10─活塞销,11—V型块,十一部份组成,其主体件5由一废千分尺的弓形架加工而成。将其下测值换为一球形测头,把原废千分尺固定套筒的孔车大、截短,以便百分表能在孔中移动。原废千分尺的制动器用以固定百分表,使上下测头的距离不变。
Measuring piston pin wall thickness difference, piston pin has long been based on the outer circle in the V-shaped block positioning, dial gauge probe contact with its inner wall, the difference between the table reading is the poor wall thickness. The above gage structure is complicated, and the manufacturing precision is high, the measured value is affected by the error of the outer shape. The new gauge, as shown in Figure 1, consists of a 1-base plate, 2-column, 3-spring, 4-support, 5-arch frame, 6- fixed sleeve, 7- dial indicator, 8- brake, 9 ─ spherical probe, 10 ─ piston pin, 11-V-type block, composed of eleven parts, the body member 5 from a spent micrometer arch frame processing. The next measured value was changed to a spherical probe, the original spent micrometer fixed sleeve hole car large and short, so that the dial indicator can move in the hole. The original spent micrometer brakes used to fix the dial indicator, so that the distance between the upper and lower probe unchanged.
