1 概况柳钢炼铁厂3号高炉自1988年建成投产以来,炉壳都没有进行过维修。1998年,标高为18.3m至23.3m之间的支梁水箱及砖衬结构严重漏水、脱落,炉壳只剩下一层钢板,使得炉体发红、变形。为防止烧毁炉壳,只能在炉壳外洒水降温,这势必导致热量散失,影响顺行。正常日产量达900多吨的高炉只能产400~600吨! 经综合研究,我厂决定从支梁水箱到炉喉钢砖之间采用冷却模块来代替原来的支梁水箱及砖衬结构。并在2000年12月30日至2001年元月6日年修时由修建公司负责安装。
1 Overview Liuzhou Iron and Steel No. 3 blast furnace since its completion in 1988 put into operation, the furnace shell has not been repaired.
