广东省老年尘肺1036例X线分析

本文对广东1036例(矽肺450例、煤工尘肺586例)男性老年尘肺X线胸片进行了分析。结果:老年矽肺X线表现上类圆形小阴影“q”发生率7245%,不同时期“q”影发生率与对照组无差异(P>005)。老年煤工尘肺(CWP)X线形态以不规则形小阴影“s”(3208%)、“t”(3208%)为主。不同时期“s”影发生率高于对照组(P<001),而“t”影发生率低于对照组(P<001或P<005)。老年尘肺组各晋期年限均比对照组要长,其中死亡病例晋期年限较对照组有显著性差异(P<001)。作者认为,广东省老年矽肺X线形态以“q”影为主,老年CWP以“s”“t”影为主。有“s”“t”影的尘肺患者较有“q”影者预后较好。晋期年限较长者提示较长寿。 In this paper, 1036 cases (silicosis in 450 cases, 586 cases of coal workers pneumoconiosis) male elderly pneumoconiosis X-ray was analyzed. Results: The incidence of “q” in the round small shadow on elderly silicosis was 7245%. There was no difference in the incidence of “q” between the two groups (P> 005). The CWP radiographs of old coal workers were mainly irregular small shadows (3208%) and t (3208%). The incidence of “s” in different periods was higher than that in control group (P <001), while the incidence of “t” shadow was lower than that in control group (P <001 or P <005). Elderly pneumoconiosis group each Jin period longer than the control group, of which death cases Jin years compared with the control group were significantly different (P <0  01). The author believes that the elderly in Guangdong Province, X-ray images of the elderly to “q” shadow-based, elderly CWP “s” “t” -based. The “s” “t” shadow of pneumoconiosis patients with “q” shadow better prognosis. Those who are older in the promotion period are more likely to live longer.
