从1979年进厂时仅拥有初中学历的电工,到如今的电气高工,33年来,上海印钞有限公司技术中心主任工程师邱开植以“科技服务生产”为工作理念,潜心科研,耕耘印制,不仅先后获得了行业劳模、行业优秀共产党员、人民银行先进工作者、上海市劳模、全国劳模、全国“创先争优”优秀共产党员等诸多荣誉称号,更在2012年6月6日中国共产党中国人民银行代表会议上光荣当选为党的十八大代表。
