随着我国社会主义的不断进步和发展,政治和经济制度也在不断完善,而对于事业单位的档案管理也显得越来越重要,因为档案管理对于人才的有效管理有着重要作用。而随着科学技术的进步,对于档案的管理也有了新形式的选择和要求。本文在此对事业单位档案管理的创新进行思考和讨论,并对其创新存在的问题以及创新的意义等进行了分析。
