生存和发展作为实现人们幸福指数的两个基本维度,要正确认识两者的辩证关系,力求实现人与自然的和谐发展。“两型社会”以人的幸福为宗旨,构建资源节约型和环境友好型社会,是实现人的幸福和正确处理人与自然关系的有效途径,也是沟通二者的桥梁。因此,立足于我省环境状况的现实,以“两型社会”建设为视角,以实现人们幸福生存和发展环境为目标,是当前的最大现实和主要任务。
To survive and develop as the two basic dimensions of realizing the happiness index of people, we must correctly understand the dialectical relationship between the two and strive to realize the harmonious development between man and nature. “Two-oriented society ” regards people’s happiness as its purpose, and builds a resource-saving and environment-friendly society. It is an effective way to realize the happiness of people and correctly handle the relationship between man and nature. It is also a bridge to communicate the two. Therefore, based on the reality of the environmental conditions in our province and from the perspective of building a “two-oriented society,” it is the current greatest reality and major task to achieve people’s well-being and to develop their environment.
