介绍了二维轮廓铣削加工的工艺分析。根据刀具半径补偿原理,宏程序的基本定义等,在编程时,虽然不同层的轮廓切削程序中刀具偏移工件轮廓值、Z向深度、主轴转速、进给速度等因素的不同,但其加工的轮廓形状相同,为了简化程序,可以把这些重复的程序单独抽出,按一定的格式编成子程序,并用宏程序把二维轮廓铣削编程形成一种模块。
