财务与会计工作是企业管理的一项中心工作,企业财务与会计管理工作的好坏对企业的生产经营活动乃至对企业的生存和发展产生重大的影响。如何加强企业的财务管理和会计核算工作,提高企业的财会工作水平,必须因企而异,寻求适合企业自身特点的财务管理体制和办法。下面就我公司在财务会计管理方面所作的一些探索和尝试,谈一点体会。
Finance and accounting work is a central task of enterprise management. The quality of corporate finance and accounting management work has a significant impact on the company’s production and operation activities and even on the survival and development of the company. How to strengthen the company’s financial management and accounting work, and improve the level of corporate finance and accounting work must be different for different companies, to find the appropriate characteristics of the company’s own financial management system and methods. Here are some of the explorations and attempts made by our company in financial accounting management.
