指出依托社会人际网络理论指导建立便于进行危机信息采集的内外人际网络关系模型,将有助于提高危机预警信息管理的准确性和有效性。分析关系强度理论和结构洞理论与企业危机信息采集的关系,提出依托关系强度理论构建企业内部人际网络模型,依托结构洞理论构建企业外部人际关系网络模型;认为可以通过社会人际网络获取危机预警信息,同时社会人际网络可为企业危机信息管理提供重要智力资源。
