80年代初期,全国再度大规模扫盲,提出实现县县无文盲的要求。虽然每次扫盲都取得了一定成绩,但总的来看成效不显著,近些年来文盲反而有逐渐增加的趋向。据报载全国至今还有二亿三千多万文盲。最近国宗教委又召开全国扫盲工作会议,要求进一步深入搞好扫盲工作。根据我个人的体验,我认为要做好扫盲工作,必须注意以下问题: 一、要充分认识扫盲工作的复杂性、艰巨性和长期性,对扫盲工作作出长期规划,坚持有始有终。由
