如何引导煤炭资源在区际间达到合理的配置,保障能源的可持续供给,是保持当前经济社会可持续发展的根本前提。为考察我国煤炭区域流动与竞争情况,基于生态位理论对煤炭流动生态位宽度和重叠度进行测度,研究表明:1山西、内蒙古和陕西对煤炭市场的争夺能力较强,相互之间及对其他煤炭输出地区产生竞争压力;2河北、江苏、山东、辽宁和广东对煤炭资源的争夺能力较强,山东对其他煤炭输入地区都产生了竞争压力;3在加强煤炭运输能力建设的同时,提出要强化市场在资源配置中的决定性地位,明确区域分工、加强区域间的合作,及加快建设煤炭储备基地等优化煤炭流动格局的对策建议。
How to guide the reasonable allocation of coal resources across the region and ensure the sustainable supply of energy are the fundamental preconditions for keeping the current economic and social sustainable development. In order to investigate the flow and competition of the coal area in our country, the niche breadth and overlap of the coal flow are measured based on the niche theory. The results show that: 1 Shanxi, Inner Mongolia and Shaanxi are more capable of competing for the coal market, and each other and other Coal-producing regions are under competitive pressure; 2 Hebei, Jiangsu, Shandong, Liaoning and Guangdong are more competitive in coal resources and Shandong is under pressure to compete with other coal inputs; 3 while strengthening capacity-building of coal transportation, Strengthen the market’s decisive position in the allocation of resources, clarify the division of labor in the region, strengthen cooperation among regions, and accelerate the construction of a coal reserve base and other measures to optimize the flow pattern of coal.
