宜春地区不久前举办了重点中学和城镇中学初一年级语文、数学教师培训班。 为了办好这次培训班,地区教育局邀请了江西师院数学系、中文系的几名副教授和讲师,作有关教材教法的专题讲课;还请了本地区一些有丰富教学经验的教师,对初一语文教材中的典型课文和数学教材中的典型章节,进行示范讲课,并进行一些专题性的辅导。学员们在讲课教师讲授的基础上,围绕初一年级教材集体备课,力争做到把本年级教材钻深、吃透、以利于提高讲课质量。学员反映:这样培训,
In the Yichun area, a training class for language and mathematics teachers in key middle schools and towns and middle schools in the first grade was held not long ago. In order to run this training class well, the District Education Bureau invited several associate professors and lecturers from the Mathematics Department of Jiangxi Normal University and the Chinese Department to give lectures on related teaching materials and teaching methods; also invited some teachers with rich teaching experience in the region. Typical lectures and typical chapters in mathematics textbooks in the Chinese language textbooks for the first time will be given as demonstration lectures and some special topics will be provided. Based on the lectures taught by the lecturers, the participants relied on collective preparation for the first grade textbooks and strived to deepen and understand the textbooks of this grade so as to improve the quality of lectures.
