目的 探讨粘附分子E-Cadherin和CD44v6与肺癌淋巴转移的关系。方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测了63例肺癌组织及其中41例淋巴转移灶中E-Cadherin和CD44v6的表达。结果 淋巴转移灶中CD44v6阳性表达率为85..37%,显著高于原发灶(63..49%,P<0..05);ECadherin和CD44v6均与肺癌淋巴转移密切相关(P值分别小于0..05和0..001);诊断肺癌淋巴转移的敏感度和特异度E-Cadherin异常表达为63..41%和63..64%,CD44v6阳性表达为85..37%和77..27%,平行试验敏感度为87..80%,特异度为59..09%,系列试验敏感度为60..98%,特异度为81..18%。结论 E-Cadherin异常表达和CD44v6阳性表达可能均在肺癌淋巴转移中起重要的促进作用,可作为诊断肺癌淋巴转移的辅助指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between adhesion molecules E-Cadherin and CD44v6 and lymph node metastasis in lung cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of E-Cadherin and CD44v6 in 63 lung cancer tissues and 41 of them. Results The positive expression rate of CD44v6 in lymph metastasis was 85..37%, which was significantly higher than that of primary tumor (63..49%, P<0.05). Both ECadherin and CD44v6 were closely related to lymph node metastasis (P value). Less than 0..05 and 0..001, respectively; The sensitivity and specificity of E-Cadherin in the diagnosis of lymph node metastasis from lung cancer were abnormally expressed as 63..41% and 63..64%, respectively. The positive expression of CD44v6 was 85..37%. And 77..27%, the sensitivity of the parallel test was 87..80%, the specificity was 59..09%, the sensitivity of the series test was 60..98%, and the specificity was 81..18%. Conclusion The abnormal expression of E-Cadherin and the positive expression of CD44v6 may all play an important role in the promotion of lymphatic metastasis of lung cancer. It may be used as an assistant index to diagnose lymph node metastasis of lung cancer.
