缺碘地区防治后儿童智力结构及社会生活能力调查

承德市是河北省IDD最重病区。碘缺乏可影响儿童的智力发育,特别是胚胎期可致不可逆的脑发育障碍。补碘后能有效消除IDD,提高儿童智力水平。国内已有资料报道缺碘地区经补碘后儿童智力水平可以达到非缺碘地区儿童的智力水平,但对其智力结构、社会生活能力方面的研究尚未见报道。作者对市郊区重病区补碘后出生的10～12岁儿童进行了智力结构及社会生活能力,生长发育情况,甲状腺肿的调查分析,结果如下。

Chengde City, Hebei Province is the most important IDD ward. Iodine deficiency can affect children’s mental development, especially the embryonic period can cause irreversible brain development disorders. After iodine can effectively eliminate IDD, improve children’s intelligence. There are data in China that children’s intelligence in iodine deficient areas can reach the level of intelligence of children without iodine deficiency after they are iodine supplemented. However, there is no report about their intelligence structure and social living ability. The author conducted a survey and analysis on intelligence structure and social living ability, growth and development, and goiter of 10 to 12-year-old children born in the suburban area after iodine supplementation. Results are as follows.
