在170/400×600三架冷带连轧机上,以提高弹跳方程的精度作为中心问题,进行了以下几个方面的研究:1. 用轧板法和压靠法测定了轧机刚度;提出了随板宽和轧速变化的刚度模型.2. 模拟研究了数字滤波方法在弹跳方程预报厚度上的应用;指数平滑法的滤波效果优于移动平均法;在最佳记忆长度附近的厚度预报精度可在0.02毫米以下.3. 提出了指数平滑法提高厚度控制精度的方案.4. 提出了辊缝零点自适应校正的方案.
