近几年来斯仑贝谢公司发展应用了八电极SHDT测井系列。由于斯方不出卖其分析软件,所有的SHDT地层倾角资料都必须到斯方北京处理中心进行处理,这样不仅要花费大量外汇,而且处理时间长,现场不能及时得到资料应用。中原油田测井公司计算机室在借鉴新疆测井研究所编写的格式转换程序基础上,研究试编SHDIP处理程序,于1987年7月完成了SHDIP程序系统,并解决了拟合平面舍弃点子带宽的推导和调试出控制参数。经过试处理三口井资料和斯方处理的MSD成果图对比情况良好。
