本文以1Cr_(15)Co_(14)Mo_5VN沉淀硬化不锈钢为试验用钢,借助光学显微镜、透射电镜和常规的机械性能试验,研究了可控制相变型沉淀硬化不锈钢的热处理对显微组织、沉淀相和机械性能的影响。初步揭示了可控制相变型沉淀硬化不锈钢各道热处理工序(固溶处理、深冷处理和时效处理)的实质和两次强化(马氏体相变强化和沉淀强化)机理。为可控制相变型沉淀硬化不锈钢的热处理和发展该类型的合金提供了初步参考。
In this paper, 1Cr_ (15) Co_ (14) Mo_5VN precipitation hardened stainless steel was used as test steel. With the aid of optical microscope, transmission electron microscopy and conventional mechanical properties tests, the effects of heat treatment on phase-change precipitation hardening stainless steel on microstructure, Phase and mechanical properties of the impact. The mechanisms of heat treatment (solution heat treatment, cryogenic treatment and aging treatment) and heat treatment (martensite transformation strengthening and precipitation strengthening) of various controlled precipitation hardening stainless steels were preliminary revealed. It provides a preliminary reference for the heat treatment of phase change precipitation hardening stainless steel and the development of this kind of alloy.
