挑阳台一般采取在现浇钢筋混凝土悬臂梁上沿外墙搁放预制圆孔板,然后做水泥面层。这样做往往会因构件的挠曲变形和施工质量差等原因,使阳台沿外墙处产生开裂,出现渗水的弊病。见图1。
Pick-up terraces are generally placed on precast reinforced concrete cantilever beams along the external wall of prefabricated round hole plate, and then do the cement surface layer. Doing so often results in cracks along the outer wall of the balcony due to flexural deformation of the components and poor construction quality, and the drawbacks of seepage. see picture 1.
