“太极拳好”,已成为人们的共识。目前,在我国练太极拳的人群中,老年人占多数。随着社会老龄化的日益突出,选择太极拳作为健身唯一“法宝”的老年人会越来越多。由于老年人在生理、心理上起了种种变化,练拳时必须根据老年人的客观条件,摸索出一套切实可行的办法,方可取得良好效果。因方法不当出现不良后果者有之,“捅漏子”“出岔子”“吃苦头”者也有之。
“Tai Chi good” has become the consensus of people. At present, among the people practicing Taijiquan in our country, the majority of the elderly. As the social aging becomes more and more prominent, more and more seniors will choose Taijiquan as the only “magic weapon” for fitness. As the elderly have taken a variety of physiological and psychological changes, practice must be based on the objective conditions of the elderly to find out a set of practical measures to achieve good results. Due to improper methods, there are adverse consequences, “stab the leak” “out of the way,” “suffering” who also have it.
