在学校教育中,新课标理念确立了“以教师为主导、以学生为主体”的新型教学关系,并据此强调实现以认知、能力和情感目标为主的“三维目标教学”。本文结合初中数学的教学实践和思考,粗浅阐述教师在开展教学活动中,要始终本着“以生为本、以学为主”的基本理念,通过激趣引思、优化教学、促进自主等有效途径和手段,在追求教学质效、推动教学相长中不断提升学生的数学能力和素养,从而促进学生的专业发展、全面发展和终身发展。
