准确地预知油、气、水三相流的流动型态是进行多相流水力、热力计算和多相流量计开发与性能评价的重要前提。但由于原油的透光性差以及高压条件下无法在实验管路上加装透明管段等原因,使采用传统的观察法来确定多相流流型已不再成为可能。本文介绍了一种采用x光成像技术在不可视条件下确定流型的方法,利用这种技术探测管路中多相流的流型取得了较好的效果。
Accurately predicting the flow pattern of oil, gas and water three-phase flow is an important prerequisite for the development and performance evaluation of multi-phase flow hydraulic and thermal calculations and multiphase flowmeters. However, due to the poor light transmission of crude oil and the inability to install transparent pipe sections in experimental pipelines under high pressure conditions, it is no longer possible to determine the multiphase flow pattern by the traditional observation method. In this paper, a method of determining the flow pattern under invisible conditions using x-ray imaging technology is introduced. By using this technique, the flow pattern of the multiphase flow in the pipeline is obtained with good results.
