人口持续膨胀、资源供给日益短缺和环境污染不断加剧 ,已严重地威胁到人类社会的可持续发展。而造成诸此状态的主要原因 ,在于人口压力及其物质消费追求驱动下的不可持续的消费和生产模式。因此 ,倡导物质消费的适度和消费结构的合理转移 ,以及借助现代科学技术和社会调控机制促进产业结构与生产方式的快速转变 ,是摆脱当代发展危机和实现我国乃至全球可持续发展的最重要途径。于是 ,深入探讨适度消费和资源节约的内涵及其实践途径是本文的关键所在。
The continuous population expansion, the increasing shortage of resources and the continuous increase of environmental pollution have seriously threatened the sustainable development of human society. The main reason for this state of affairs lies in the unsustainable consumption and production patterns driven by population pressure and the pursuit of material consumption. Therefore, it is the most important way to get rid of the crisis of contemporary development and realize the sustainable development in our country and even in the world by advocating the appropriate transfer of the moderation of material consumption and the rational transfer of the consumption structure and promoting the rapid transformation of the industrial structure and production mode by means of modern science and technology and social regulation and control mechanism . Therefore, it is the key point of this article to probe deeply into the connotation of moderate consumption and resource conservation and its practical approach.
