乳品的卫生质量直接影响消费者的健康。我站于1991年对全盟的乳品厂生产的乳粉进行检查并对影响其质量的某些因素进行了调查。现将调查结果报告如下。检验结果(附表)除表中结果外,细菌总数合格率为75.0%,大肠菌群合格率为87.5%,未检出致病菌。样品中杂质超过16ppm 的有10份。对工业粉进行中和剂检验,检出范围为0.09~1.49%。全
The health quality of dairy products directly affects the health of consumers. I checked the milk powder produced at the dairy factory of the AU in 1991 and investigated some of the factors that affected its quality. The survey results are reported below. Test results (Schedule) In addition to the results in the table, the total number of bacteria passing rate of 75.0%, coliform bacteria pass rate of 87.5%, no pathogenic bacteria detected. The sample contains more than 16 ppm impurities in 10 parts. Neutralizer test on industrial flour, the detection range of 0.09 to 1.49%. all
