模拟冲击凿岩原理,采用落锤试验台及应力波电测装置,测定了冲击钎杆时产生的单次脉冲应力波图形。研究表明:脉冲应力波的应力峰值与活塞冲击速度成正比,与钎杆和活塞冲击端横断面积之比值成反比;其持续时间与活塞的长度成正比,并随钎杆和活塞冲击端的接触面积增大而增加。
Simulating the principle of impact rock drilling, the drop pulse test bench and the stress wave measuring device were used to measure the single pulse stress wave generated when impacting the drill rod.
