南阳华祥光电科技股份有限公司位于南阳市高新区,公司成立于2011年12月,主要生产液晶显示屏用玻璃平板和智能手机玻璃面板等,是富士康和韩国PANTECH、JM、TPK、LG等多家公司的供货商。公司设立有省级光电科技技术中心,是一家现代化的光学加工企业。2015年,南阳华祥光电年产手机玻璃面板805万片,生产液晶显示屏用玻璃平板200万块,产值达1.15亿元,工业增加值达到0.52亿元。企业在快速发展的同时,高度重视节水和环保工作,通过工艺、工程和管理措施,以节水促减排,提高用水效率,取得了一定成绩。文章认为光学玻璃加工清洗纯水用量较大,纯水机是主要耗水设备。提高纯水制备效率和最大限度回用高盐浓水是企业的主要节水减排措施。
