由于自然因素和人为因素影响,下清水河流域内出现了水土流失的现象,多年来受灾面积已达21.87%,洪涝灾害对当地社会经济的影响巨大,严重制约了当地社会经济的发展。为促进区域经济社会的可持续发展,恢复河道排涝功能,文章对商丘市下清水河进行了分析,找出水土流失的原因,并就此提出了防治水土流失的治理措施及建议。
Due to natural and human factors, soil erosion has occurred in the Lower Qingshui River Basin. The disaster-affected area has reached 21.87% over the years. Flood and flood disasters have a huge impact on the local social economy and severely restricted the development of the local society and economy. In order to promote the sustainable development of regional economy and society and restore the function of river drainage, this paper analyzes Xiaqianshui River in Shangqiu to find out the causes of water and soil loss, and put forward the measures and suggestions for soil and water loss prevention and control.
