As the newborn’s central nervous system development is not complete, once vulnerable to bacterial infection spread to become sepsis, if not treated, often cause death. Bacterial toxins often produce intravascular hemolysis and toxic liver damage, the formation of pathological jaundice and the possibility of occurrence of nuclear jaundice. Therefore, neonatal sepsis-induced kernicterus become one of the major causes of neonatal death. The latter can also be a major cause of neonatal sepsis sequelae. Neonatal sepsis less domestic literature reports, a large number of foreign cases reported in the short term is not much, especially for pathological jaundice caused by sepsis, rarely reported
